IDIOT BALL: uh-oh.
MOTHER: again?
IDIOT BALL: yes?
MOTHER: -_-"
basically me and my mom conversing over math homework that has been left undone for a few days. haha, i did it, but i keep forgetting to hand it in. i blame it on my adhd. |D mom also thinks i have asperger's too. >.<
aaaanyways i'm charging my ipod again. i listen to it so much. :D
today? uhhh. got up at 2:00 with my leg hurting, had to go wake up mom, had cake at 2:00, watched tv for an hour, went back to bed and wrote for two hours. didn't get much sleep so i'm hitting the shower and into bed soon. slept, had social studies test, and then lunch, went to library and checked a few song lyrics, math, imovie, and more social since we had french already. :3 so that's what happened today in school.
then it was piano, and i sucked at it again, we went out to eat and i've been playing games on this thing called the computer since i came home. so yeah, unproductive day. but i'm pretty tired and there's track day tomorrow so i don't need to do anything.
i also realized that i really want to play guitar and i'll be taking it with my dad. i'll still be doing piano, too. :D i need to get an electric guitar, because really, no one really does acoustic and i like electric. i want to learn to play my favorite green day songs, and there's a 75% chance that me and dad will end up getting each other into the other's music. i'll be practicing a lot more, too, because i really want to do guitar. logan does guitar. that's enough said.
i've also had green day stuck in my head all fucking day.
somewhere along the line today i realized that i want to do an adaptation of american idiot for nano, but i dunno if i can wait. already have a scene planned out in my mind.
"You're not the Jesus of Suburbia," Whatsername said, backing up to the window. "St. Jimmy is a figment of your mother's rage and your father's love."
Johnny smirked mockingly, like he didn't believe it. Of course. He was high, he was wasted, or at least he felt that way. Like total shit. And not like total shit. Kind of like liquid rainbows. "Really?" he said, one eyebrow raised.
"Make me the idiot America," Whatsername said, trying to keep calm. It wasn't really working.
"It's not over until you're underground," Johnny said, holding up the knife again as Whatsername kept backing towards the window, knocking over things as she went. "It's not over until it's too late. The city's burning, and it's not my burden."
"It's not over until it's too late," whispered Whatsername.
She said, "I can't take this place, I'm leaving it behind."
She said, "I can't take this town, I'm leaving you tonight."
WIth that, she shoved past Johnny and ran from the room.
recognize the song? ha-ha, it's letterbomb! :D so that's basically what i'm going to do. i can't wait to write it. it's probably not going to take fifty thousand so while i'm at it i may as well sketch out a plot for 21st century breakdown, too. i seriously cannot wait ... four months to start this project. green day and american idiot ftw. i'm trying to figure out how the beginning can start with "don't wanna be an american idiot!"
not much else to say now, and i better go to bed before anyone finds out i'm awake at this time - well, it ain't late for me at least, but i'm tired (got about 4 hours of sleep, anyways), so i'm going to have to say bye now. expect updates tomorrow. :D
