writer's block: out, out damn spot!

oh, man.
yes. yes, i go through this every year with different books. when i was in grade two i used to be obsessed with reading the disney guidebooks, and if i'm really bored or if we're going on a trip i'll read them again. i got so obsessed that my mom took me to disney world. xD we had fun there, i barely remember it but it was awesome!
grade three was mary-kate and ashley olsen, and probably the girliest things i've ever been obsessed with. i just watched the movies, read the books, looked at the website, all that crap. they're the only ones that haven't left a mark, except for two books and a video i have.
grade four was harry potter, the second-best obsession. i managed to collect all the books and movies currently out and went to the harry potter 7 release party. i dressed up as cho chang for two halloweens. i'm still watching and getting the movies.
grade five and most of six was warriors. i liked it, i got most of the novels (there's like twenty-something). i read them, i enjoyed them, and i joined forum.warriorswish.net to discuss the books. i'm still on there now (though i don't read warriors much anymore). i still get a few, though i'm thinking of getting them in paperback now because i don't want to spend shitloads of money.
and then near the end of grade six, i discovered percy jackson. oh, percy jackson, how you have consumed my life within a single bite (or is it book?). i read the third book, only the first chapter, and i decided i loved it. i got all the books, three editions of the lightning thief, lots of merhandise (i'm wearing one of my three t-shirts right now), and i'm still obsessed with it. it's basically consumed my life. i also discovered logan lerman. see, back when i was ten i vowed i would never, ever put a picture of a boy up on my wall. i have three logan lerman posters on my wall. i've watched most of his movies (haven't been able to get hold of the others), have tons of pictures, and ... logan lerman and percy jackson together have consumed my life. :D
